Refund policy

Returns

Digital Downloads: All digital products and instant downloads are non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that because the file is delivered instantly, the standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply once the downloading process has started. If your return is due to our mistake (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we will evaluate your order on a case-by-case basis to determine your eligibility for a refund.


Hardcopy Purchases: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason. You can initiate a return or cancellation through your store. All items returned must be new, unmarked, and in resalable condition, and can only be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will offer you a store credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You may also opt for store credit if preferred.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t yet received your refund, please check your bank account and then your credit card statement. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to show up.
If the refunded amount doesn’t show up within 14 days, please contact us at contact.publishing@naxos.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact.publishing@naxos.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Naxos Sheet Music Publishing, Level 11, Cyberport 1, 100 Cyberport Road, Hong Kong SAR.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
